Our Mission

Our mission is to provide motivated Malagasy youth with safe, structured, and enriching opportunities to participate in the Au Pair program in the United States. We aim to foster cultural exchange, personal growth, and language development, while ensuring a reliable and supportive partnership between our candidates and host families.

Eligibility Requirements to Become an Au Pair in the USA

18–26 years old
Have completed high school
Speak English well enough to communicate with your host family
Have at least 200 hours of childcare experience
Are in good physical and mental health
Have a clean criminal background
Hold a valid passport
Possess a valid driver’s license
Are ready to commit to a 12-month program
Are responsible, flexible, and love working with children
